1. Mr. M. Naseem Saigol (Chairman/Non-Executive Director)

Mr. M. Naseem Saigol is the Chairman of the Saigol Group of Companies including SSML. He holds a degree in chemical engineering from USA. Mr. M. Naseem Saigol came up with the vision to serve the nation through power industry in 1994 when Pakistan was facing a severe shortage of power supply. He joined his hands with Tomen Corporation Japan (later on acquired by Toyota Tsusho Corporation, Japan) and formed Kohinoor Energy Limited (KEL) as an Independent Power Producer. KEL is proudly contributing to the dire power needs of the country.

Mr. M. Naseem Saigol has been the Chairman of All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA), Vice President of Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry, President of Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and is member of Industrial Employers' Association. He holds the office of Honorary Consulate of Belgium. Mr. M. Naseem Saigol through his business group in terms of services, manufacturing home appliances and electrical equipment, textile products and exports thereof, and power generation, is not only contributing to exchequer and the GDP of the country but also bestows businesses to local vendor industry and providing job opportunities to thousands of Pakistanis. He, being an eminent textile entrepreneur, has also the honor to provide technical and management expertise to the governments of Libya, Somalia and Tanzania for establishing textile industry in their countries.

Mr. M. Naseem Saigol is also on the Boards of Kohinoor Energy Limited, Pak Elektron Limited, Kohinoor Industries Limited and Kohinoor Power CompanyLimited.

2. Mr. Samir Iqbal Saigol (Chief Executive Officer)

Mr. Samir Iqbal Saigol is currently Chief Executive Officer of Saritow Spinning Mills Limited, a Saigol’s Group Company. He brings over 25 years ofin-depth experience in the textile sector. He has served as Chairman (Punjab) of the All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA), where he has held various leadership positions over the past decade. He is also serving independent Director on the Board of MCB Bank Ltd.He holds an MBA degree from Prestigious Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, USA.

3. Mr. Muhammad Zeid Yousuf Saigol (Non-Executive Director)

Mr. M. Zeid Yousaf Saigol is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of SSML. He holds Bachelor’s in Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University USA. He is a Corporate Governance Certified Director under Directors Training Program. He is also on the Board of Directors of Pak Elektron Limited, Kohinoor Industries Limited &Kohinoor Power Company Limited.

4. Mr. Muhammad Murad Saigol (Non-Executive Director)

Mr. Muhammad Murad Saigol is a Non-Executive Director of Saritow Spinning Mills Limited, a Saigol’s Group Company. He did his graduation from School of Oriental and African Studies, London UK. He is a Corporate Governance Certified Director under Directors Training Program.He is also on the Board of Directors of Pak Elektron Limited, Kohinoor Industries Limited & Kohinoor Power Company Limited.

He holds an MBA degree from Prestigious Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, USA.

5. Mr. Muhammad Omer Farooq (Non-Executive Director)

Mr. Muhammad Omer Farooq is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of SSML. He did his M.B.A (Finance) from Al-Khair University (Lahore Campus) and ACCA Part-1 from England & Wales. He joins Saigol Group of Companies in 1992 as an Accounts Manager. He is also on the Boards of Kohinoor Industries Limited and Kohinoor Power Company Limited.

6. Mrs. Sadaf Kashif (Independent Director)

Mrs. Sadaf Kashif is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). She is also on the Boards of Kohinoor Industries Limited, Kohinoor Energy Limited and Kohinoor Power Company Limited.

He is also on the Boards of Ahmad Hassan Textile Mills Limited, Al-Abid Silk Mills Limited, Crescent Jute Products Limited, Landmark Spinning Industries Limited& Maqbool Textile Mills Limited as Nominee Director of NIT.

7. Mr. Jamal Nasim (NIT Nominee/Independent Director)

Mr. Jamal Nasim is an Independent Director on the Board of SSML nominated by NIT. After having Bachelor of Commerce from Punjab University, he has done MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila, Philippine. Mr. Jamal Nasim has about 35 years professional experience in Development Banking, Finance, Risk Management and Audit fields.

He is also on the Boards of Ellcot Spinning Mills Limited, KSB Pumps Limited, Security Papers Limited&Pioneer Cement Limited.
